Effective 2026-05-13. By signing up or using meshwg.com, you agree to these terms. We've tried to make them readable.
MeshWG is a hosted mesh VPN + zero-trust access controller built on WireGuard. We run a multi-tenant controller at vpn.meshwg.com; you connect your routers, laptops, and servers to it; tunnels between your devices establish through us and stay running on your devices.
You're responsible for your account and its credentials. You confirm that the email address you signed up with is one you control. You agree not to share account credentials with people who shouldn't have them; if you need to add team members, use the per-user features in the dashboard.
You must be 16 or older to use MeshWG. We don't knowingly serve anyone younger.
MeshWG is for legitimate networking. You agree not to use it to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in any of the above, without notice if the abuse is ongoing. We try to email first when we can.
You own your machines, your private keys (we never see them), and your configurations. You retain all rights to the data inside your tunnels. We claim no ownership over anything you put into the product.
We own MeshWG itself: the controller code, dashboard UI, brand, and documentation. Using the product doesn't transfer any of that to you.
The Free tier covers up to 2 machines, indefinitely. No credit card required.
The Cloud tier is $1 per machine per month billed annually, or $3 per machine per month billed monthly. The first 2 machines in any paid account remain free; you only pay for the third and beyond. Billing is handled by Stripe.
The Pro tier is custom pricing for larger deployments, dedicated infrastructure, or custom needs — contact us.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscriptions are honored at their original price for the remainder of the term.
You can cancel any paid plan from your dashboard at any time. Monthly plans stop billing at the next cycle. Annual plans continue serving you at the paid tier through the end of the year you've paid for; after the year, machines above the free 2 go read-only until you re-subscribe or remove them. No partial refunds on annual.
If you've been charged in error or you genuinely never used the service, email hello@meshwg.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
MeshWG is provided as-is. We don't promise specific uptime on the Free or Cloud tiers. Pro contracts can include an SLA on request.
A nice architectural property worth knowing: when MeshWG itself goes offline, the tunnels between your already-onboarded peers keep working, because WireGuard runs on your devices, not on our servers. You can't add new peers or change rules during an outage, but existing connectivity is unaffected.
MeshWG is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: MeshWG (and its operators, employees, and contractors) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
If we're sued because of what you did with the service — illegal use, infringement of someone else's rights, abuse of third parties — you agree to defend us and cover the costs.
We may update these terms. Material changes get emailed to the address on file with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
